Job Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent
- Up to one month related experience or training
- Ability to perform basic math operations with units of American money and measurements

- Commitment to maintaining professional appearance and attitude
- Knowledge of food safety procedures

Job Duties
- Prepare all fudge products and sell to customers
- Perform all Ginna's restaurant functions including deli line, barista, grill, ice cream, baked goods, fudge and other duties as assigned
- Follow all food safety guidelines by state and local ordinances
- Ensure all products are received and stored according to Standard Operating Guidelines
- Assist in training new associates using kitchen tools, mentor checklists and Standard Operating Guidelines
- Ensure cash control and till management is followed according to Scheels Cashier Guidelines
- Manage and support side work, daily and detail cleaning schedules, opening and closing procedures
- Maintain working knowledge of Café recipes and prepared foods
- Maintain an orderly and exceptionally clean work space and surrounding areas
- Be professional in appearance and attitude while contributing to a positive team atmosphere
- Perform basic math operations including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division with American money and measurements
- Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and manuals
- Write routine reports and correspondence
- Speak effectively before groups of customers and employees
- Work assigned schedules including varied hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Prepare many types of food, drinks, and ingredients
