Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older
  • must be authorized to work in the United States and authorized to travel to and from the United States
  • must be vaccinated against the COVID-19 virus or start the vaccination process prior to start date with proof mandatory
  • must have a valid passport
  • must pass a DOT required pre-employment drug screen and DOT mandated random drug and/or alcohol testing
  • able to pass FAA/TSA required 10-year work history review and submit to criminal history record and fingerprint checks
  • must be able to successfully complete Contour's four week Flight Attendant Initial Training Program and Initial Operating Experience
  • must be willing to relocate to assigned domicile and be able to report for duty within two hours upon notification of an assignment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent
  • three years of corporate cabin attendant experience or prior experience as a flight attendant
  • able to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • possess a valid driver license and good driving record
  • excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • polished and professional interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset
  • strong leadership and organizational skills
  • ability to coordinate multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • ability to handle interruptions and a fast-paced environment

  • ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and varying schedules

Job Duties

  • Perform required work duties in an aircraft environment
  • perform all work activities in accordance with established standards, policies, laws, and regulations, including Federal Aviation Administration regulations
  • use all galley/cabin service equipment and in-flight entertainment system unsupervised
  • work both independently and as part of a team to accomplish work tasks
  • actively seek to ensure the safety and comfort of customers
  • provide exemplary customer service to satisfy and exceed customer expectations
  • provide assistance lifting and stowing luggage into overhead bins or other storage areas and solicit assistance when needed
  • attend to individuals needing assistance such as unaccompanied minors, individuals with a disability and the elderly throughout aircraft operations
  • prepare and serve meals, snacks, and alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
  • maintain professional appearance
  • project and maintain a positive attitude and composure at all times
  • manage time to complete required work assignments and ensure overall punctuality
  • communicate in writing to complete paperwork and detailed reports regarding incidents and/or discrepancies
  • adjust to a rotating schedule with variable days off, variable hours including up to 16 hour duty days
  • sit in an assigned jump seat with seatbelt and shoulder harness fastened
  • retrieve and store items in overhead bins
  • maintain the appearance of the aircraft cabin, galley, and lavatory
  • restock the galley
  • practice safety conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures
  • comply with other tasks as assigned by management or the Pilot-in-Command
  • other duties as assigned by Inflight Services leadership
