Job Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent education
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be able to obtain credentials required by airport, state or customs requirements
  • Possess a valid driver's license
  • Two years of relevant work experience in the aviation or ground handling services industry
  • Must be able to constantly lift, move, push, pull up to 70 lbs
  • Constantly walk, stand, reach above shoulder, climb, crawl, stoop, squat, kneel, and bend
  • Must be able to work rotating shifts and hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime
  • Must be able and willing to work outside in severe weather conditions

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent education
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be able to obtain credentials required by airport, state, or customs requirements
  • Possess a valid driver's license
  • Two years of relevant work experience in the aviation or ground handling services industry
  • Preferred: Four years of relevant work experience

Job Duties

  • Supervises and coordinates daily activities of employees to ensure safe and effective operations
  • Cleaning and servicing of aircraft interiors, including cabin, cockpit, galleys, and lavatories
  • Helps prepare the cabin for customer boarding and departure, including cleaning of seats, seat pockets, floor, galleys, and lavatories
  • Checking, handling, assembling, removing, and installing passenger service cabin furnishings and supplies according to list specifications
  • Assists ramp agents when cabin cleaning is complete
  • Performs FOD walks in the ramp area between flights
  • Completes security search curriculum, on-the-job training, and annual recurrence for cabin agents
  • Performs other related duties as assigned within skill and experience capabilities
