Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must live in Las Vegas area
- Pass medical exam/fit to fly certification
- Height between 5 ft and 6 ft 1 in
- Possess a valid US Passport
- Pass fingerprint-based criminal history records check
- Pass pre-employment drug screening
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
- Graduate degree with a minimum of 4 years of related experience
- Minimum of 10 years of related experience in lieu of degree
- Active DoD Top Secret security clearance with U.S. citizenship
- Demonstrated customer service experience
- Proven leadership experience in a part 121 air carrier
- Knowledge of FAA aviation safety regulations and procedures
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and in stressful situations
Job Duties
- Manage cabin crew schedules
- Allocate resources ensuring compliance with airline policies
- Collaborate with the network planning department for flight resource allocation
- Evaluate and provide feedback on cabin crew performance
- Conduct performance appraisals and identify training needs
- Conduct hiring interviews and make staffing decisions
- Mentor new cabin crew members and provide ongoing training
