Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must live in Las Vegas area
  • Pass medical exam/fit to fly certification
  • Height between 5 ft and 6 ft 1 in
  • Possess a valid US Passport
  • Pass fingerprint-based criminal history records check
  • Pass pre-employment drug screening

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
  • Graduate degree with a minimum of 4 years of related experience
  • Minimum of 10 years of related experience in lieu of degree
  • Active DoD Top Secret security clearance with U.S. citizenship
  • Demonstrated customer service experience
  • Proven leadership experience in a part 121 air carrier
  • Knowledge of FAA aviation safety regulations and procedures
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and in stressful situations

Job Duties

  • Manage cabin crew schedules
  • Allocate resources ensuring compliance with airline policies
  • Collaborate with the network planning department for flight resource allocation
  • Evaluate and provide feedback on cabin crew performance
  • Conduct performance appraisals and identify training needs
  • Conduct hiring interviews and make staffing decisions
  • Mentor new cabin crew members and provide ongoing training
