Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age at the time of application
- possess a valid passport with ability to travel without restriction
- able to obtain necessary visas and immunizations
- able to pass a 10-year background check and pre-employment drug and criminal records screening
- willing to relocate to Houston, TX or Miami, FL
- able to stand for extended periods with limited rest
- able to lift 50 pounds and push 250-pound beverage carts on wheels
- able to reach overhead 70 inches without shoes
- able to be away from home for up to 21 days consecutively and work weekends and holidays
- authorized to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High School or General Education Development (GED) Diploma
- fluency in reading, speaking, writing, and understanding English
- successful completion of the In-Flight Training Program including initial and annual continuing education
- two years of customer service experience or equivalent
- valid passport with unrestricted travel capability
- ability to operate onboard emergency exits and equipment
- ability to lift 50 pounds and push beverage carts weighing 250 pounds or more
- ability to stand for extended periods
- authorization to work in the United States
Job Duties
- Show up on time and ready to work
- maintain technical competence and comply with all applicable rules and regulations
- assist guests during boarding and conduct safety and emergency exit briefings
- provide in-flight services such as food and beverage service with continuous guest care and hospitality
- operate onboard emergency exits and equipment as needed
- engage positively with guests to create an exceptional flight experience
- comply with all FAA and company safety and operational standards
