Job Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Four years of work experience in similar role
- Two years of culinary or high-end food service experience
- Must be 21 years of age
- Flight Safety International or equivalent recurrent training
- MedAire Management of Inflight Illness and Injury certification or CPR, AED equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions
- Must maintain recurrent training and certifications
- Willingness to work in both maintenance hangar and upscale customer environments
Job Qualifications

- Four years of work experience in a similar role

- Strong organizational and communication skills

Job Duties
- Receive guidance from the PIC for day-to-day operations
- Report all cabin discrepancies and maintenance issues to pilot in command
- Coordinate with pilots, maintenance, and cleaning crews for aircraft cleanliness and servicing
- Conduct preflight check of all cabin equipment
- Ensure passengers comply with federal regulations on part 91 flights
- Brief passengers on safety features
- Assist and command cabin during emergencies
- Operate emergency equipment such as fire extinguishers and life rafts
- Brief and assist passengers with cabin management systems
- Assist passengers with carry-on luggage and seating
- Maintain working knowledge of all service equipment and procedures
- Maintain neatness and orderliness of cabin
- Maintain bedding and locker area
- Coordinate and shop for interior items per owner’s request
- Plan and print menus and weather cards
- Plan, order, prepare, and serve all meals and beverages
- Develop and maintain standard stock and vendor sources
- Ensure aircraft is prepared to specifications prior to each flight
- Provide client profile updates and maintain required paperwork
- Create and maintain aircraft specific manual
- Manage expense accounts
- Attend required training and maintain currency
- May supervise or train contract or part-time cabin crewmembers
- Represent Jet Aviation internally and externally
