Job Description

Silver Air is a distinguished aviation company specializing in providing high-quality charter flight services under Part 135 regulations. Based in Teterboro, New Jersey, Silver Air focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences for private and corporate clients. Operating within one of the busiest general aviation airports, Teterboro Airport (TEB), Silver Air has built a reputation for professionalism, safety, and excellence in service within the competitive aviation charter industry. The company prides itself on its ability to support high-frequency and fast-turn charter environments with an emphasis on operational reliability and comfort for its passengers.

This full-time Cabin Attendant role based at Teterboro is centered on delivering superior in-flight service tailored to the needs of Silver Air’s discerning clientele. Offering an annual compensation range of $90,000 to $110,000, this position is ideal for candidates who excel in autonomous work settings and possess a strong operator mindset. The role requires working independently without the extensive infrastructure typically available in larger operated hangars, making it essential for the successful candidate to be proactive, organized, and adaptable.

The Cabin Attendant will operate primarily on heavy domestic charter flights, with occasional responsibilities extending to international and overwater trips. This calls for a highly experienced professional who maintains consistent service standards across multiple Part 135 flight environments while representing Silver Air’s brand with poise and professionalism. The role demands strong service execution skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate and meet guest needs proactively. Candidates should be based within a reasonable driving distance from Teterboro to ensure reliability for short-notice scheduling and quick response times.

Responsibilities include managing pre-flight and post-flight cabin inspections, coordinating catering and provisioning logistics, maintaining onboard inventory levels, and ensuring the aircraft is presented impeccably for every flight. The Cabin Attendant will perform essential functions such as liaising with third-party Fixed Base Operators (FBOs), vendors, and service partners to coordinate aircraft readiness and support smooth operations. This role requires excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with the flight crew and uphold strict safety and compliance standards in accordance with Silver Air’s Cabin Attendant Handbook.

This position suits professionals who thrive in high-utilization charter environments and are comfortable navigating the operational demands inherent in such roles. The candidate must bring specialized expertise in delivering high-end food and beverage service while also being capable of handling the nuanced requirements of international missions and overwater operations. Silver Air emphasizes a high-performance culture focusing on safety, service excellence, and employee development, making this opportunity not only a job but a career path marked by growth and professional satisfaction.
