Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Minimum 3 years' experience of high-end service in other luxury sectors
  • Valid CPR Certification
  • Current Corporate Cabin Attendant Training Certification (within 24 months)
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion
  • Valid US Drivers License
  • Valid US Passport with the ability to travel internationally unrestricted
  • Ability to lift, open and manipulate aircraft door and window exits weighing up to 130 pounds
  • Ability to successfully assist in launch of a life raft weighing approximately 60lbs
  • Ability to communicate articulately in English

Job Qualifications

  • Previous private or commercial (First or Business Class cabin) aviation experience
  • Minimum 3 years' experience of high-end service in other luxury sectors
  • Current in Corporate Cabin Attendant Training Certification (within 24 months)
  • Valid CPR Certification
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion
  • Highly flexible with a proven ability to find creative solutions
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to calmly prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment
  • Passionate about providing guests with 5-star customer service
  • Ability to communicate articulately in English
  • Other languages and international cultural experience beneficial
  • Ability to successfully assist in launch of a life raft weighing approximately 60lbs
  • Ability to lift, open and manipulate aircraft door and window exits weighing up to 130 pounds
  • Valid US Passport with the ability to travel internationally unrestricted
  • Valid US Drivers License
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required

Job Duties

  • Ensure aircraft is prepared and stocked to specifications prior to each flight
  • Ensure aircraft standards are consistently met and maintained with excellence
  • Complete preflight, in-flight, and post-flight paperwork
  • Communicate all cabin maintenance issues with Pilot in Command
  • Demonstrate the highest level of customer service at all times
  • Assist with delegated duties from the Pilot Command in the event of an aircraft emergency, medical emergency, or aircraft evacuation
  • Knowledgeable in Cabin Safety
  • Provide prompt, clear, and accurate communication
  • Assist customers with cabin specifications and convenience systems such as entertainment system
  • Assist customers with arranging their luggage and personal items onboard
