Alerion Aviation is currently seeking a full-time Corporate Cabin Attendant to join their Part 91 operations team based out of West Palm Beach, FL. This role demands the highest standards of professionalism, impeccable safety awareness, and flawless personalized service. The successful candidate will serve as the face of the inflight experience, responsible for making every journey seamless, secure, and comfortable for passengers through exceptional attention to detail and care.

As a Cabin Attendant at Alerion Aviation, your primary responsibility will be to maintain and prepare the aircraft according to exacting standards prior to each flight. This involves ensuring the cabin is fully stocked and meetings all safety and comfort specifications. You will handle documentation related to preflight, in-flight, and post-flight activities, and will be expected to communicate effectively with the Pilot in Command regarding any cabin maintenance or unexpected issues.

The role requires a passionate commitment to first-class customer service, while upholding safety with rigorous attention to detail. As an integral crew member, you will assist with safety procedures during emergencies, whether aircraft-related or medical, and be prepared to provide clear, accurate communication to passengers and crew. Comfortable interacting with guests, you will assist passengers with cabin amenities such as entertainment systems and luggage arrangements, ensuring their travel experience is as pleasant and effortless as possible.

Ideal candidates will possess prior aviation experience, particularly in private or commercial first or business-class cabin service, complemented by a minimum of three years in luxury service sectors. Credentials such as a current Corporate Cabin Attendant Training Certification and valid CPR certification are essential. The position also requires the ability to maintain strict confidentiality, demonstrate flexibility and creativity in problem-solving, and thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes unpredictable environment.

In addition to these responsibilities and requirements, Alerion Aviation expects strong communication skills in English, with multilingual abilities and international cultural experience being advantageous. Physical capability to assist in life raft launches and handle heavy aircraft door and window exits is critical, along with valid US Passport and Driver's License certifications. Educational requirements include at least a high school diploma or GED, with preference given to collegiate-level education.

Job Duties

  • Ensure aircraft is prepared and stocked to specifications prior to each flight
  • Ensure aircraft standards are consistently met and maintained with excellence
  • Complete preflight, in-flight, and post-flight paperwork
  • Communicate all cabin maintenance issues with Pilot in Command
  • Demonstrate the highest level of customer service at all times
  • Assist with delegated duties from the Pilot Command in the event of an aircraft emergency, medical emergency, or aircraft evacuation
  • Knowledgeable in Cabin Safety
  • Provide prompt, clear, and accurate communication
  • Assist customers with cabin specifications and convenience systems such as entertainment system
  • Assist customers with arranging their luggage and personal items onboard
