The role available at Grupo Eulen is a Cabin Service Worker position focused on maintaining the cleanliness, security, and readiness of aircraft cabins. This employment opportunity is essential in ensuring a positive passenger experience through meticulous service and attention to detail. The position demands physical stamina and the ability to perform a variety of cleaning and inventory management tasks in a timely and efficient manner. Workers in this role will be responsible for cleaning passenger seating, vacuuming floors, wiping tray tables, mopping galleys, cleaning lavatories, and restocking supplies. Additionally, employees will conduct aircraft security inspections to comply with governmental and company regulations and inspect the cabin to ensure no personal items are left behind.

An important aspect of the Cabin Service Worker job is the organization and inventory control of supplies required to service the aircraft. This includes loading and unloading supplies on the cabin service truck and maintaining the supply room in an orderly fashion. Employees must be punctual, respectful, and welcoming when greeting crew members, flight attendants, and passengers to enhance the overall airport experience. This position is physically demanding, requiring the ability to lift heavy items (up to 70 pounds), stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions and noisy environments typically found in airports.

The role requires flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends, holidays, and nights. Job Requirements

  • Must possess at least a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Airport or relevant cleaning experience is preferred
  • Must pass a criminal background check as well as a drug screen prior to employment
  • Must have schedule flexibility for the weekend, holiday, and night shifts
  • Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds in confined spaces
  • Must be able to stand, lift, bend, push, and pull for extended periods of time
  • Must be willing to work outside in all types of weather and elevated noise levels within the airport environment

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Lift and carry cleaning equipment, cleaning trays, and cases of supplies to service the aircraft
  • In a timely manner, clean passenger seating, vacuum floors, and wipe down tray tables so aircraft is free of debris
  • Perform aircraft security inspection to comply with government and Company security requirements
  • Perform visual inspection of aircraft to ensure no items are left onboard the aircraft
  • Return items left by passengers or crew members to the appropriate authority
  • Mop galleys of aircraft and dispose of trash in designated dumpsters
  • Restock magazines, food, beverages and other supplies on the aircraft
  • Clean aircraft lavatories and empty waste receptacles
  • Arrives to work on time and at assigned post to ensure prompt servicing of the aircraft and on time departures
  • Load supplies onto cabin service truck and return unused supplies to designated area
  • Ensure cabin service supply room is kept in an organized and neat manner
  • Check inventory to ensure there is an adequate supply of items needed to service aircraft
  • Greet crew members, flight attendants and passengers in a friendly manner
  • Other duties as assigned
