We are currently seeking enthusiastic and energetic teens to join our team as Cabana Runners and Waiters for the summer season. This is a full-time opportunity perfect for those who love engaging with people, working outdoors, and being part of an active, team-oriented environment. As a Cabana Waiter, you will be the face of Splash Summit Waterpark’s hospitality services, delivering exceptional customer service from the cabanas where our guests relax and enjoy their day. Your role will be central in enhancing guests’ overall experience by providing prompt, friendly service and ensuring the cabanas are fully stocked and clean. Through your positive attitude and attentive care, you will help create lasting memories for families and individuals visiting the park.

The Cabana Waiter position involves greeting guests warmly, preparing and delivering food and beverage orders efficiently, and making menu recommendations that enhance the guest experience. You will maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cabanas while attending to guest inquiries and special requests with professionalism and a sense of urgency. Additionally, you will assist in setting up cabanas to create a welcoming and fun atmosphere. This position requires the ability to multitask, work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced outdoor environment, and collaborate closely with other staff members. With flexible scheduling that includes weekends, holidays, and evenings, this role is ideal for teens seeking to develop interpersonal skills, gain work experience, and enjoy a summer filled with fun and adventure.
