Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in hospitality or related field preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Job Duties

  • Welcome and escort guests to their reserved cabana with a warm, engaging, and professional demeanor
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for cabana guests, providing personalized service throughout the day
  • Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to all requests, including amenities, towel refreshes, food and beverage orders, and special preferences
  • Coordinate with the food and beverage team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of all cabanas and surrounding areas
  • Prepare cabanas prior to guest arrival with towels, water, menus, and other amenities
  • Manage daily cabana reservations, including check-ins, check-outs, and availability
  • Manage cabana inventory and strategically set pricing on Resort Pass and Way to maximize cabana sales and occupancy
  • Ensure compliance with all resort policies, safety standards, and service procedures
  • Communicate guest feedback, maintenance issues, or service opportunities to leadership
  • Promote resort offerings and experiences to enhance the overall guest stay
