- One to three years purchasing or related field experience
- Bachelor degree in purchasing or supply chain management preferred
- Working knowledge of SAP preferred

Job Duties
- Collaborate with customer service centers and cross-functional teams to assess current and future sourcing needs
- Address vendor performance issues promptly
- Analyze alternatives and implement changes when necessary to maintain quality and reliability
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue supplier development opportunities
- Source vendors who meet qualification standards and onboard them efficiently
- Partner with program management to ensure sourced items meet customer specifications and approved pricing
- Leverage product knowledge, vendor capabilities, and industry innovations to guide customers toward standardized, cost-effective solutions
- Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and follow through on issue resolution
