Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months of related work experience
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Capability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds without assistance
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures
- Strong communication skills

Job Duties
- Provide bespoke experiences and services to fulfill all guest needs during pre-arrival, check-in, throughout the stay and upon departure
- Coordinate efforts of Butler Valets and verify that other supporting departments meet guest needs
- Build rapport with guests and proactively anticipate guest needs and act upon them
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest service
- Create a safe workplace and adhere to company policies and procedures
- Uphold quality standards in service and personal presentation
- Perform physical tasks including standing, sitting, walking, moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects up to 50 pounds
