Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Six months of related work experience
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Capability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds without assistance
Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures
Strong communication skills

Minimum of 6 months related work experience

Job Duties

Provide bespoke experiences and services to fulfill all guest needs during pre-arrival, check-in, throughout the stay and upon departure
Coordinate efforts of Butler Valets and verify that other supporting departments meet guest needs
Build rapport with guests and proactively anticipate guest needs and act upon them
Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest service
Create a safe workplace and adhere to company policies and procedures
Uphold quality standards in service and personal presentation
Perform physical tasks including standing, sitting, walking, moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects up to 50 pounds
