Job Requirements

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
Minimum 6 months related work experience
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance
No supervisory experience required

Job Duties

Provide bespoke experiences and services to fulfill all guest needs during pre-arrival, check-in, stay, and departure
Coordinate efforts of Butler Valets and liaise with other departments to ensure guest needs are met
Build rapport with guests and proactively anticipate and address their needs
Maintain professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication
Adhere to company policies and ensure a safe workplace
Perform physical tasks including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects up to 50 pounds without assistance
Collaborate with other hotel departments to deliver seamless guest service
