The role involves maintaining clean and organized workstations in both the restaurant and kitchen areas, promptly clearing and resetting tables, and ensuring the service storeroom and refrigerators are orderly. By keeping the dining area in impeccable condition and assisting with filling water glasses and coffee cups during meal periods, the busser helps servers provide seamless service to guests.
