Job Requirements

Experience is a plus

Have working knowledge of the predominant language(s) of our guests
Be able to lift, reach, bend and stoop
Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time

Job Qualifications

Experience in food service or hospitality preferred
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Strong communication skills
Proactive and self-motivated attitude
Understanding of basic restaurant operations
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

Promptly clean, reset and arrange table tops, chairs and booths between seatings
Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant
Take soiled tableware to dish room and unload/sort silverware, dishes, glassware, etc. in designated areas
Proactively pre-buss during peak hours
Assist servers with food delivery as needed
Maintain constant communication with servers and hosts to ensure efficient seating, table utilization and customer service
