The role of a Busser/Runner at Red Lobster is essential in delivering an exceptional dining experience for guests. Serving as a vital support role for servers, this position involves running hot food orders from the kitchen to the guests in a timely manner, pre-bussing tables, and communicating effectively about table readiness. Physical stamina is required, as employees will often be on their feet, bending, reaching, and lifting throughout shifts that can last from 8 to 12 hours.
