As a Busser/Runner at Red Lobster, you will play a crucial role in supporting the dining experience of each guest and ensuring the restaurant operations run smoothly. You will be responsible for refilling beverages, clearing dishes efficiently, and resetting tables quickly to accommodate incoming guests. Additionally, you will assist servers by running hot food items from the kitchen to the guests at the right time and providing overall support to ensure excellent customer service. Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Welcoming every guest into the restaurant with a smile
  • Setting up station for the shift
  • Ensuring silverware and condiments are on the table
  • Refilling drinks and pre-bussing
  • Running hot food to guests when ready in alley
  • Providing guest support for servers as needed
  • Following all food safety and cleanliness standards
  • Clearing dishes from tables, resetting tables, and cleaning seats and floors
  • Communicating table readiness
  • Breaking down items in the dish area
