Currently, Red Lobster is looking to hire part-time Bussers/Runners to join their team and contribute to delivering exceptional guest experiences. The busser/runner role is a vital part of the front-of-house team, serving as a critical support member to servers and ensuring guests receive timely and attentive service. Responsibilities include greeting guests warmly, setting up stations for shifts, maintaining tables by setting silverware and condiments, refilling drinks, running hot food, supporting servers, clearing and resetting tables, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant. Safety and adherence to food handling and cleanliness standards are essential aspects of the role. Physical demands include the ability to bend, stoop, lift up to 30 pounds safely, and remain on feet for extended shifts typically lasting 8-12 hours. Teamwork, attention to detail, and multitasking skills are important to succeed in this fast-paced environment. Job Requirements
- Must meet the minimum age requirement and authorized to work in the country you are applying

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
