As a Busser/Runner, your responsibilities will include greeting customers with a smile, preparing your station for shift work, ensuring that tables are adequately set with utensils and condiments, refilling drinks, clearing used plates and glassware, delivering hot food to customers in the hallway when ready, assisting servers as needed, complying with food safety and cleanliness standards, clearing and resetting tables, cleaning seats and floors, communicating table availability, and sorting items in the dishwashing area. The role demands physical stamina such as bending, reaching, stooping, and safely lifting up to 30 pounds, as well as the ability to stand for shifts lasting 8 to 12 hours. Teamwork, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities are crucial for success in this position.
