This role is for a Busser/Runner, a vital part of the Red Lobster team who helps maintain a welcoming restaurant environment and ensures smooth operations. As a Busser/Runner, you will be responsible for setting up your station for each shift, ensuring tables are fully stocked with condiments and silverware, and welcoming guests with a friendly smile. Your duties include refilling drinks, pre-bussing tables, running hot food from the kitchen to guests, supporting servers, and adhering to all cleanliness and food safety standards. The position requires good communication skills to notify team members when tables are ready and to assist with dish area breakdown tasks. Physical endurance is critical as the job involves lifting up to 30 pounds, standing for extended periods, and active movement throughout the restaurant.
