The role of Busser/Runner at Red Lobster is essential to delivering a seamless dining experience. Your responsibilities will include welcoming every guest with a friendly smile, setting up your station for each shift, and ensuring tables are well-stocked with silverware and condiments. You will assist servers by refilling drinks, pre-bussing tables, and running hot food promptly to guests from the kitchen alley. Maintaining cleanliness and adhering to food safety standards is critical, so clearing and resetting tables, cleaning seats and floors, as well as breaking down dish area items are all part of your key duties. Communication skills are important, as you will notify staff when tables are ready for seating and support the team during busy periods.

Physically, this position requires the ability to bend, reach, stoop, and lift objects weighing up to 30 pounds safely. It involves moving throughout the restaurant and standing for long shifts ranging from 8 to 12 hours. Being a team player with attention to detail and the ability to multitask efficiently are vital attributes for success in this fast-paced, guest-focused role. Job Requirements

  • Must meet the minimum age requirement and authorized to work in the country you are applying
