As a Busser/Runner at Red Lobster, you play an essential role in delivering an exceptional dining experience. This position is vital to maintaining restaurant operations, ensuring cleanliness, and supporting the service staff by facilitating smooth communication between the kitchen and the dining area. You will be the friendly face that welcomes guests, sets up your station before shifts, and ensures every table is prepared with the necessary utensils and condiments. Your duties will include refilling drinks, pre-bussing tables, running hot food to guests, and assisting servers as needed. Maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness is crucial, as you will be responsible for clearing tables, resetting them promptly, and cleaning seats and floors. Effective communication about table readiness and helping break down items in the dish area rounds out your responsibilities.

The position requires physical stamina and the ability to work long shifts, often standing and moving throughout the restaurant. You must be able to lift up to 30 pounds safely and have the agility to bend, stoop, and reach as part of your daily tasks. Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the country
  • ability to bend, reach, stoop, and lift up to 30 pounds safely
