As a Busser/Runner, you will greet every guest with a smile, prepare the station for service, ensure tables are properly set with cutlery and condiments, and assist servers by refilling drinks and removing used dishes. You will deliver hot food to customers promptly, communicate table availability, and maintain cleanliness by clearing and resetting tables, as well as cleaning floors and seats. Adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines is essential. Physical demands include standing for up to 12 hours, lifting up to 30 pounds safely, bending, reaching, and teamwork skills with attention to detail.
