Employees are also eligible for life insurance, short-term disability, and voluntary benefits. After one year of service, team members can participate in a 401(k) retirement savings plan with company matching. Employees can also enjoy discounted shift meals and a 25% discount when dining as guests. The company is committed to career growth and advancement, providing thorough training and opportunities to develop within the organization.

Working at Red Lobster means being part of an enthusiastic team with exciting plans for future growth and development.
