The available position is for a Busser/Runner at Red Lobster. This role is vital in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for our guests by maintaining a clean and organized environment and assisting the serving team with various tasks. As a Busser/Runner, your responsibilities will include greeting each guest with a smile, preparing the station for service, ensuring cutlery and condiments are properly set on tables, refilling drinks, clearing away used dishes and glassware, delivering hot food to diners promptly, and supporting servers with customer needs as required. Additionally, you will uphold health and safety guidelines pertaining to food handling and hygiene, maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and floors, communicate table availability efficiently, and separate items at the dishwashing area.

Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds

Job Duties
