As a Busser/Runner at Red Lobster, you will play a vital role in enhancing the guest dining experience by maintaining a clean, efficient, and welcoming restaurant environment. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests with a friendly smile, setting up your station for each shift, ensuring tables are properly stocked with silverware and condiments, and supporting the servers by refilling drinks and pre-clearing tables. You will also assist by running hot food from the kitchen to guests promptly, demonstrating excellent communication skills to coordinate with kitchen and floor staff. Attention to food safety and cleanliness standards is mandatory to ensure a safe and pleasant dining space. This role requires physical stamina, as it involves standing for extended periods, moving swiftly through the restaurant, lifting up to 30 pounds, and performing various cleaning and resetting tasks.
