The Busser/Runner role at Red Lobster is crucial in ensuring a smooth, welcoming dining experience for every guest. As a Busser/Runner, you will be the first point of physical contact for guests dining at Red Lobster, greeting them with a smile and ensuring their tables are impeccably set with silverware and condiments before their meals begin. Your responsibilities include running hot food promptly from the kitchen to diners, pre-bussing tables by refilling drinks, and assisting servers by providing essential guest support throughout their visit. Maintaining cleanliness and adhering to food safety and hygiene standards are critical aspects of this role, as you'll be clearing dishes, resetting tables, cleaning seating areas and floors, and communicating table readiness to the hosting team. This position requires physical stamina, as you will be moving around the restaurant and standing for long periods, often lifting up to 30 pounds safely.
