Maintaining cleanliness and adhering to food safety and hygiene standards are critical aspects of this role, as you'll be clearing dishes, resetting tables, cleaning seating areas and floors, and communicating table readiness to the hosting team. This position requires physical stamina, as you will be moving around the restaurant and standing for long periods, often lifting up to 30 pounds safely.
