The role of Busser/Runner at Red Lobster is an integral part of ensuring a seamless dining experience for every guest. As a Busser/Runner, you will be responsible for greeting every customer with a smile, preparing your work station at the beginning of your shift, and setting tables with the necessary utensils and condiments. You will refill drinks, clear used plates and glassware, and serve hot food to customers once it is ready in the pass-through area. Supporting servers with customer needs, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines, clearing and resetting tables, cleaning seating areas and floors, communicating table availability, and sorting items in the dishwashing area are all key duties that contribute to a smooth front-of-house operation. The role demands physical stamina to bend, reach, squat, safely carry up to 30 pounds, and remain standing for shifts lasting up to 12 hours, emphasizing teamwork, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.

- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
