Additional perks include anniversary pay for eligible employees, discounted shift meals, and a 25% discount when dining as a guest.

Red Lobster is committed to providing equal employment opportunities in a welcoming and inclusive workplace environment. The company encourages candidates from diverse backgrounds to apply and is dedicated to supporting individuals with disabilities through reasonable accommodations.
