Red Lobster is currently hiring for the role of Busser/Runner, an integral position within the restaurant team that supports both guests and servers to ensure a smooth and delightful dining experience.

As a Busser/Runner at Red Lobster, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly and ensuring dining areas are clean, well-stocked, and ready for customers. Your responsibilities will include setting up your station for each shift, maintaining tables by ensuring silverware and condiments are available, and assisting servers by refilling drinks and pre-bussing tables. You will be responsible for running hot food to guests promptly and efficiently, supporting the overall flow of the restaurant’s operations. Attention to detail is crucial as you clear dishes, reset tables, communicate table readiness to the serving staff, and help maintain cleanliness by breaking down items in the dish area and ensuring the dining environment meets food safety standards. Beyond physical tasks, this role requires a team-oriented attitude and the ability to multitask effectively during busy shifts. Job Duties
