The role at PopStroke focuses on delivering excellence in guest service within the restaurant and bar operations. This position is a non-exempt, tipped role offering $10.98 per hour plus tips, with an earning potential exceeding $35 per hour. Your everyday responsibilities will be diverse and engaging, ranging from maintaining cleanliness and resetting tables to assisting guests with the PopStroke mobile ordering app. You'll serve as a vital link between kitchen staff and patrons by running food orders promptly while maintaining high standards of accuracy and presentation. You'll actively participate in ensuring safety and sanitation compliance, contributing to the smooth opening and closing of the restaurant, and working collaboratively within a team environment to seamlessly blend service with entertainment.
