Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality role preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
  • ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments

Job Duties

  • Support the restaurant and bar operations
  • clear, clean, and reset tables
  • refill beverages
  • polish silverware
  • run food orders from the kitchen to tables ensuring accuracy and presentation standards
  • ensure cleanliness of restaurant areas including restrooms
  • restock service stations and restrooms
  • assist with opening and closing procedures
  • provide friendly and attentive service to guests
  • uphold safety and sanitation principles
  • collaborate with team members for efficient service
  • perform other duties as assigned
