The role we are offering is for a Busser/Runner, an essential position that ensures the smooth operation of our dining room and guests' satisfaction. This part-time or full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage range of USD $11.41 to USD $25.00 with weekly pay, flexible scheduling, and a supportive work environment. As a Busser/Runner at Red Lobster, you will be the friendly face greeting customers upon their arrival, preparing your workstation for each shift, and maintaining the cleanliness and readiness of the dining area. Your responsibilities will include ensuring tables are properly set with utensils and condiments, refilling drinks, removing dishes, and delivering hot food from the kitchen promptly and safely. You will assist servers with guests as needed, strictly adhere to safety and sanitation standards for food handling, and help maintain the overall cleanliness of the dining room by clearing and resetting tables and cleaning seats and floors. Communication is key in this role, so you will be responsible for updating the team on table availability and segregating items in the dishwashing area.

This position requires physical stamina, as you must be able to bend, reach, crouch, and safely carry up to 30 pounds, stand for 8 to 12-hour shifts, and work efficiently as part of a team while maintaining attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.
