Job Requirements

  • Must meet the minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • Capacity to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
  • Ability to multitask and work with attention to detail in a team setting

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in a restaurant or food service role is an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on cleanliness and customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work effectively within a team

Job Duties

  • Greet each customer in the restaurant with a smile
  • Prepare the station for the shift
  • Ensure that utensils and condiments are on the table
  • Refill drinks and remove used dishes and glassware
  • Deliver hot food to customers when it is ready in the pass-through area
  • Provide assistance to servers with customers as needed
  • Follow all food safety and cleanliness standards
  • Remove dishes from tables, reset tables, and clean seats and floors
  • Communicate availability of tables
  • Sort items in the dishwashing area
