The brand is known for its commitment to quality, community, and a warm dining experience that transforms each visit into a special occasion. Red Lobster prides itself on creating a welcoming environment not only for its guests but also for its employees, fostering a culture where new friends become familiar faces.

Joining Red Lobster means becoming part of a passionate team dedicated to excellent guest service and continuous growth. As a Busser/Runner at Red Lobster, you will play a crucial role in supporting front-of-house operations by ensuring tables are clean, set, and ready for guests while assisting servers with various tasks. This position offers flexible scheduling and competitive wages ranging from $16.90 to $25.00 per hour, along with weekly pay to support your financial needs. At Red Lobster, employees benefit from options for medical, dental, and vision insurance starting at an affordable rate of less than $10 per week, plus life insurance, short-term disability, and voluntary benefits that provide added peace of mind.

Red Lobster strongly supports career advancement by providing comprehensive training and opportunities for growth within the organization. Working here means being part of an inclusive workplace that values diversity and equal opportunity for all employees.

As a Busser/Runner, your responsibilities extend beyond clearing tables. You will welcome every guest with a friendly smile, prepare your station before each shift, ensure tables are properly set with silverware and condiments, and assist with refilling drinks and pre-bussing during service. Additionally, you will deliver hot food to guests promptly and provide necessary support to servers as needed. Upholding all food safety and cleanliness standards is essential to maintaining Red Lobster's reputation for quality. Communication skills are important as you will report table readiness and assist with dish area breakdowns.

The role requires physical stamina including the ability to stand for 8 to 12-hour shifts, bend, reach, stoop, and lift up to 30 pounds safely. Being a team player with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively is key to succeeding in this fast-paced environment. Red Lobster is committed to providing reasonable accommodations to enable individuals with disabilities to perform their essential job functions.

With exciting plans for the future and a supportive team environment, there has never been a better time to join the Red Lobster family.
