Busser/Runners play a crucial role in delivering excellent customer service and efficient restaurant operations. The role requires greeting every customer with a warm smile, setting up and maintaining the dining area, ensuring utensils and condiments are ready and available, refilling beverages, clearing tables, and assisting servers as needed. Additionally, the Busser/Runner is responsible for delivering hot food from the kitchen to guests promptly and following all food safety and sanitation protocols. Physical demands include bending, reaching, stooping, lifting up to 30 pounds, and standing for long periods during shifts that may last from eight to twelve hours. The role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities to ensure guests have a seamless dining experience.

Job Requirements
- Meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Capability to stand for 8 to 12 hours per shift
- Ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a restaurant or similar customer service role preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Job Duties
- Receive every customer at the restaurant with a smile
- Prepare the station for the shift
- Ensure utensils and condiments are on the table
- Refill beverages and clear used plates and glassware
- Deliver hot food to guests when ready in the hallway
- Provide assistance to servers with customers as needed
- Follow all food safety and cleanliness regulations
- Remove dishes from tables, reset tables, and clean seats and floors
- Communicate table availability
- Sort items in the sink area
