- Previous restaurant experience in a high-volume environment
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments

- Must be able to lift and carry heavy trays, ability to carry multiple plates from the kitchen to tables
- Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, and lift and carry up to 30 lbs
- Must be able to work in an indoor and outdoor environment
Job Duties
- Support the restaurant and bar operations
- Clear, clean, and reset tables, refill beverages, and polish silverware
- Run food orders from the kitchen to the appropriate tables in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met
- Ensure cleanliness of all restaurant areas, including restrooms
- Restock service stations and restrooms
- Assist with opening and closing procedures by cleaning chairs and tables, sweeping floors, and removing trash
- Provide friendly and attentive service to guests, responding promptly to requests
- Uphold safety and sanitation principles at all times
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and seamless service
- Other duties as assigned
