The role of Busser/Runner at Red Lobster is pivotal in ensuring a seamless, enjoyable dining experience for guests. Job Requirements
- Meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, squat and safely carry up to 30 pounds
- capacity to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts

Job Duties
- Greet each guest at the restaurant with a smile
- prepare the station for the shift
- ensure silverware and condiments are on the table
- refill drinks and clear used plates and glassware
- deliver hot food to guests when ready in the hallway
- provide assistance to servers with guests as needed
- follow all food safety and cleanliness standards
- clear plates from tables, reset the table, and clean seats and floors
- communicate table availability
- sort items in the sink area
