The restaurant is dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences by connecting guests with exceptional seafood and warm hospitality. As an employer, Red Lobster emphasizes a positive work environment, career growth opportunities, and comprehensive benefits for its team members. The company culture fosters inclusivity and values every employee as a vital part of the dining experience, ensuring customers feel welcomed and appreciated at each visit.

The role of a Busser/Runner at Red Lobster is crucial to maintaining the smooth operation of the dining service. This position focuses on guest service, cleanliness, and support for servers to enhance the overall customer experience. Responsibilities include greeting guests warmly, preparing dining stations, maintaining table settings, and assisting servers by running food and refilling drinks. The Busser/Runner ensures that tables are cleared, cleaned, and reset promptly to accommodate new guests. Adhering to strict food safety and cleanliness standards is an integral part of the role, ensuring guest safety and satisfaction. This full-time role requires physical stamina to perform duties such as lifting up to 30 pounds and standing for extended periods during an 8 to 12-hour shift. Red Lobster offers this position with competitive wages and weekly pay, alongside flexible scheduling to accommodate employees' needs.

Working at Red Lobster comes with a host of benefits that promote the well-being and advancement of its employees. Team members have access to medical, dental, and vision plans starting at affordable rates below $10 per week. Additional benefits include life insurance, short-term disability, and voluntary benefits to support employees in varied situations. A 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match is available after one year of service, encouraging long-term financial planning. The restaurant recognizes employee loyalty through anniversary pay, provided eligibility criteria are met. Furthermore, staff enjoy discounted meals during shifts and a 25% discount when dining as guests, adding value to the workplace experience. Red Lobster is committed to training and career development, offering opportunities for advancement within the company. This focus on growth, combined with the supportive team environment, makes Red Lobster an attractive employer for those seeking stability and progression in the hospitality industry.

Red Lobster is also proud of its inclusive workplace, which respects and embraces diversity. The company is an equal opportunity employer, ensuring employment decisions are made without regard to age, race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, disability, or veteran status.
