As a Busser/Runner, you will greet every guest with a smile, prepare stations for shifts, ensure tables are set with the necessary utensils and condiments, refill beverages, clear used dishes, deliver hot food orders promptly, assist servers as needed, follow hygiene and safety standards, and communicate effectively with the team regarding table availability. This role demands teamwork, attention to detail, and the physical ability to stand for long periods, bend, reach, squat, and safely carry items up to 30 pounds. Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely carry up to 30 pounds
- Capacity to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
- Ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is an asset

Job Duties
- Greet each guest in the restaurant with a smile
- Prepare the station for the shift
- Ensure that utensils and condiments are set on the table
- Refill beverages and clear used dishes and glassware
- Carry hot food to guests when ready in the pass
- Provide assistance to servers with guests as needed
- Follow all food safety and sanitation rules
- Clear plates from tables, reset tables, and clean seats and floors
- Communicate table availability
- Sort items in the dishwashing area
