The position of Busser/Runner at Red Lobster is a vital role focused on enhancing the overall dining experience by assisting the servers and ensuring the restaurant environment remains clean, organized, and inviting. This role entails warmly welcoming guests, preparing the dining station for each shift, ensuring tables are set properly with the appropriate cutlery and condiments, and assisting with drink refills and clearing away used dishes. The Busser/Runner is also responsible for physically carrying hot food to customers in the hallway as soon as it is ready and providing support to servers as needed. Strict adherence to food safety and cleanliness standards is mandatory to uphold the restaurant’s high-quality standards.

This role requires physical stamina, including the ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds, as well as the capacity to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States and meet the minimum age requirements. Job Duties

  • Greet every guest at the restaurant with a smile
