As a Busser/Runner at Red Lobster, you will play an essential role in creating a positive and efficient dining environment. Your responsibilities will include greeting every guest with a smile to set a welcoming tone, preparing your station for the shift to ensure smooth operations, and making sure tables are properly set with silverware and condiments. You will assist in refilling drinks and pre-bussing tables to maintain a clean and comfortable dining space. An important aspect of your role involves running hot food from the kitchen to guests timely, supporting servers by attending to guest needs, and adhering to all food safety and cleanliness standards. Clearing dishes, resetting tables, and cleaning seats and floors will be part of your duties to uphold the restaurant’s pristine presentation. Additionally, effectively communicating table readiness and breaking down items in the dish area will contribute to a cohesive and organized work environment.

This physical role requires the ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift up to 30 pounds safely, and remain standing for an 8 to 12-hour shift. Success in this position depends on being a team player with an eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.
