The company prides itself on being more than just a place to eat; it is a place where guests come to enjoy memorable meals and where employees become part of a close-knit family. Red Lobster places a strong emphasis on community involvement, quality dining experiences, and providing growth opportunities for its team members.

The Busser/Runner role at Red Lobster is an essential position that helps maintain the smooth operation of the restaurant, ensuring guests receive excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere. This role focuses on supporting servers, maintaining cleanliness, and enhancing the dining experience through efficient table management and guest interactions. The position offers competitive wages ranging from $16.90 to $25.00 per hour and includes weekly pay, flexible scheduling, and a variety of benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance options starting at less than $10 per week, life insurance, short-term disability, voluntary benefits, and a 401(k) retirement plan with a company match after one year of service.

As a Busser/Runner, employees are expected to welcome guests warmly, set up stations for each shift, ensure tables are properly stocked with silverware and condiments, refill drinks, pre-bus tables, deliver hot food promptly, assist servers whenever needed, and maintain food safety and cleanliness standards. Additional duties include clearing and resetting tables, cleaning seating and floors, communicating table readiness to the team, and breaking down items in the dish area. The position requires physical stamina, including the ability to stand for long shifts and safely lift weights up to 30 pounds, making it suitable for energetic individuals who enjoy a fast-paced environment.

Red Lobster is committed to creating an inclusive and welcoming workplace for all employees. The company is proud to be an equal opportunity employer that does not discriminate based on age, race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, disability, or veteran status. The company encourages team members to grow their careers through comprehensive training and advancement opportunities.

Joining Red Lobster means becoming part of a family that values integrity, passion, and excellence in hospitality. This role is perfect for those who enjoy working in a dynamic team setting, have a keen attention to detail, and are looking for a rewarding job with career development prospects.
