As a Busser/Runner, your main responsibilities include welcoming each guest with a smile, ensuring stations are properly set up before and during shifts, and keeping tables stocked with silverware and condiments. You will assist servers by refilling drinks, pre-bussing tables, and promptly running hot food to guests as it becomes ready. Maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards is crucial, as is clearing and resetting tables, cleaning seats and floors, and communicating table readiness to the team. You will also help with breaking down items in the dish area to keep the restaurant running efficiently. The role requires physical stamina as it demands bending, reaching, lifting up to 30 pounds, standing for long shifts, and moving actively throughout the restaurant.

Job Requirements

  • Must meet the minimum age requirement and authorized to work in the country you are applying
  • Ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 30 pounds safely
  • Ability to move about the restaurant and remain standing for an 8-12 hour shift
  • Team player with attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Must be willing to comply with all food safety and cleanliness standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous restaurant or hospitality experience a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
