Employees also enjoy anniversary pay subject to eligibility, discounted shift meals, and a 25% discount when dining as a guest. Moreover, Red Lobster is committed to employee development through training programs and career advancement opportunities, ensuring that team members grow alongside the company.

Maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards is a priority, along with clearing dishes, resetting tables, and cleaning seating areas and floors. Additionally, this role requires some physical stamina, including the ability to lift up to 30 pounds, remain on feet for extended periods, and move efficiently throughout the restaurant.
