The role of a Busser/Runner at Red Lobster is vital in ensuring that guests receive exceptional service throughout their dining experience. As a Busser/Runner, you will be the first point of contact for guests as they are warmly welcomed into the restaurant. Your responsibilities include setting up the station for each shift, ensuring that tables are properly stocked with silverware and condiments, refilling drinks, pre-bussing tables, and promptly running hot food to guests as it becomes ready. You will also assist servers by providing guest support as needed, maintain all food safety and cleanliness standards, clear and reset tables, clean seats and dining areas, and communicate table readiness to the team. Additionally, you will take part in breaking down items in the dish area to keep the operations smooth and efficient.

This position requires the ability to safely bend, reach, stoop, lift up to 30 pounds, and remain on your feet through shifts that can last from 8 to 12 hours. Being a team player with attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment is essential for success in this role.
