As a Busser/Runner at Red Lobster, you will play an essential role in supporting the dining experience by assisting servers and ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant. This full-time or part-time position offers competitive wages with weekly pay and flexible scheduling options. In this role, you will welcome every guest with a warm smile, set up dining stations for each shift, and make sure tables are stocked with silverware and condiments. Your responsibilities will include refilling drinks, pre-bussing tables, running hot food to guests, and supporting servers to ensure excellent guest service throughout their meal. Maintaining high standards for food safety and cleanliness is critical, as you will be clearing and resetting tables, cleaning seats and floors, and communicating table readiness to the team. You will also assist with breaking down items in the dish area to help maintain an organized and efficient back-of-house environment.

Physical stamina and the ability to move throughout the restaurant during 8 to 12-hour shifts are necessary for success in this role. You must be able to bend, reach, stoop, and lift up to 30 pounds safely. Red Lobster values teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
