They contribute significantly to the flow of service by clearing tables promptly and resetting them for incoming guests, cleaning floors and seats, and communicating status updates on table readiness to the team. This role requires physical stamina as it demands standing for long hours, moving throughout the restaurant, and lifting items up to 30 pounds safely. - Welcoming every guest into the restaurant with a smile
- Setting up station for the shift
- Ensuring silverware and condiments are on the table
- Refilling drinks and pre-bussing
- Running hot food to guests when ready in alley

- Following all food safety and cleanliness standards
- Clearing dishes from tables, resetting tables, and cleaning seats and floors
