The Busser/Runner role at Red Lobster is an entry-level position vital to the restaurant’s smooth and efficient operation. This role demands a friendly demeanor and genuine enthusiasm for guest service as it includes warm guest greetings, preparing and setting up stations for shifts, ensuring tables are well-stocked with silverware and condiments, and helping maintain the overall cleanliness of the dining area. Busser/Runners are expected to be physically capable of bending, reaching, and lifting up to 30 pounds safely, and able to stand and move around during shifts lasting eight to twelve hours.
